Description:

An established construction consultancy is seeking a diligent Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will mainly be working on healthcare projects for long term clients. They'll be expected to deliver a strong pipeline of projects mainly within the logistics sector.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will help lead projects from inception to completion, whilst helping to mentor more junior members of the QS team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

Preferably MRICS
Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
Happy working in a client facing role
Pre and post contract experience
PQS / Consultancy background
Car and driver's licenseIn Return?

£60,000 - £70,000
