Description:
Our client, a Regional construction firm in the Northeast are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team due to on-going growth. Projects include New build and/or refurbishment within Education, Retail, Leisure and industrial projects.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a Senior Quantity surveyor with a Tier 1 Company working on similar projects as listed above.
Proven experience of managing 2/3 sites at any given time, without the need for supervision.
Be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budget/forecast.
