The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a professional team with a healthy pipeline of work across warehouses, distribution centres, logistics and wider industrial schemes. As Employer's Agent, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead meetings, manage contractual matters, advise clients, coordinate consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also support junior team members where required and maintain strong client relationships throughout each stage of the project.

The Candidate

The ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent construction-related qualification. MRICS, working towards MRICS or substantial relevant consultancy experience would be highly beneficial.

They should have strong consultancy experience, proven Employer's Agent knowledge and a good understanding of JCT contracts. Experience across industrial, logistics, sheds, distribution centres or warehousing projects is essential.
