Job Description
* Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function for multiple projects.
* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
* Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.
