Work closely with the project team during the pre-construction phase to establish robust commercial procedures.
Report on commercial progress, financial reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting to project leadership.

Commercial Expertise: Proven track record as a Senior Quantity Surveyor managing major subcontracts on large-scale civil engineering or major build infrastructure projects.
Contract Knowledge: Extensive hands-on experience administering NEC3 Option A contracts.
Package Experience: Demonstrated experience managing groundwork's, earthworks, and structural steel/envelope scopes.
Software: Familiarity with commercial management software; experience with CEAR is highly desirable.
Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; MRICS / MCInstCES qualification (or working towards) is advantageous.
Location: Must be able to commute to the office/site base in Aberdeen 3 days per week.
