Senior Quantity Surveyor - Ayrshire - 12 month contract - Inside IR35
This successful candidate will be managing the construction packages/ lots and the administration of contracts, for this project.
* 12 month contract (potentially extendable)
* Will be based onsite at Dalry – minimum 3 days per week
* Candidates will need to be able to get to Motherwell office to collect IT on starting, further to that will need to be able to get to site at least 3 days per week
* Rate - £(Apply online only) p/d depending on experience Inside of IR35 only (including all deductions).
Skill and experience required:
* NEC4 contract experience
* Someone who is diligent, committed, hard working and able to work independently without supervision
* EPCM experience highly preferable.
