Randstad have a great opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly growing Consultancy who specialise in providing Quantity Surveyors and Planners to major NEC infrastructure projects within London. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including HS2, Thames Tideway and Network Rail Infrastructure projects.

Cost, Value, productivity and cash flow reporting.
Cost Optimisation and best value
Change management incl. assessment and negotiation of change
Risk/opportunity identification and management
Strategy development and delivery
Commercial advice, support and input for procurement
Commercial management of Subcontract/Professional Services/Supplier subcontracts and accounts (including dispute identification/management)
Contract advice and managing contractual notices
Compliance with business processes and procedures
Development of innovations/processes/procedures
Supply chain and client management/care Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 5 years worth of Senior Quantity Surveying experience
Previously worked on NEC Infrastructure projects
A degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or equivalent
