Senior Quantity Surveyor
A leading Main Contractor in Central London is actively seeking a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor to spearhead their portfolio of high-end construction projects. This role focuses on luxury developments ranging from £300k to £7m within the residential and commercial sectors across prestigious areas like Mayfair, Chelsea, and Knightsbridge, as well as in Surrey.

Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Lead the financial management of multiple high-value projects from initiation to closure.
Collaborate directly with the company's directors and other senior leaders to shape project and financial strategies.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of the team.
The Ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor:
Demonstrated experience in managing high-end residential and commercial projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams and complex projects independently.
