Senior Project Quantity Surveyor | RC Structures / Cut & Carve | London EC1
A leading self-delivery engineering contractor is looking to appoint an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the continued growth of its London operations.
With a turnover exceeding £400m and a strong secured pipeline of work, this position has been created due to sustained growth and offers excellent long-term career prospects within a well-established and expanding business.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Civils / structures / basements / cut & carve projects experience
* Relevant university degree
* Strong in commercial management and project delivery
* Team leadership and stakeholder management
* Central London projects experience (preferred)
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Senior QS looking to join a contractor with a strong market reputation, complex project exposure, and a clear pathway for progression into senior leadership roles
