Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP
London | £85k-£110k + Package
I'm looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors who are ready to take the next step with a leading MEP contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious projects.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established business with an impressive project portfolio, strong long-term prospects and the chance to play a key role in the commercial success of major MEP contracts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Taking commercial ownership of high-value MEP packages.
Managing procurement, subcontractor accounts and contractual negotiations.
Overseeing cost control, forecasting, valuations and final accounts.
Managing variations, commercial risks and change control.
Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise commercial performance.
We're keen to hear from candidates with:
Strong MEP or building services quantity surveying experience.
A background managing complex mechanical and electrical packages.
Excellent commercial judgement and contractual knowledge.
The ability to manage key stakeholders and drive project profitability.
The package: £85,000-£110,000 plus benefits, with the opportunity to work on prestigious London contracts.
