Long term freelance opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Kent paying competitive day rate

Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a UK based tier 2 main contractor in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Team. This is an opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, based on site and at home 1 day a week. The role will be assisting on a new build super prime residential project on a 12 month contract or temp to perm.

Our client is a UK wide main contractor that take pride in the projects they deliver and have regenerated various projects across the UK.

They are looking for someone that has a proven track record working providing support with a Main Contractor, or Developer working on schemes from £20M.

For this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 12 months plus contract of work.
