Brilliant and exciting new opportunity for a Senior Quantity surveyor based in slough.
Our client a high-end successful company are looking for a senior surveyor to join their team to lead their projects with a surveyor working under them. For this role ideally they are after someone who can take control of situations and is a good communicator with their colleagues.
As under NDA project details cannot be disclosed. The main work scheme will be Residential projects, Fit out projects and RC frame. Our client has significant experience of using innovation to deliver complex projects across a range of industries, including in education, residential, commercial, healthcare, justice and emergency services and they pride themselves on maximise value for customers and efficiently deliver high performance buildings that enhance and provide a positive impact to enhance the places and communities around them. For this ole our client I looking to pay a competitive day rate with guaranteed 12 months contract of work.
