This is a role with genuine commercial responsibility, giving you the opportunity to influence project performance and provide commercial direction throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Previous experience at Senior Quantity Surveyor level within civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure.
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and contractual compliance.
Experience managing commercial risk across complex projects.
Strong capability across CVRs, forecasting and financial reporting.
Experience managing project cash flow and final accounts.
Confident negotiation skills with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to mentor and develop less experienced commercial professionals.
A proactive, commercially focused approach with strong attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively. What's In It For You?

Alongside the opportunity to work on a long-term programme of essential infrastructure projects, you'll receive a strong overall package including:

Salary up to £70,000
£8,000 annual car allowance or EV company vehicle
Strong company pension
Healthcare package
26 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
Hybrid working
Continued professional development and leadership opportunities.
Clear opportunities for longer-term career progression.
