Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering/Groundworks projects
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor, working for a Civil Engineering contractor in the Greater Manchester area.

Previous experience of working as Senior Quantity Surveyor in the UK construction industry

Experience of various forms of construction contracts
Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor
Manage the commercial aspects of multiple civil engineering projects
Prepare, submit, and negotiate interim valuations and final accounts
Administer NEC, JCT, and bespoke forms of contract
Identify, manage, and recover variations, compensation events, and change controls
Monitor project costs, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability
Produce accurate monthly cost reports and commercial forecasts
Lead subcontract procurement and manage subcontract accounts
Work closely with operational teams to maximise project performance
