Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next contract opportunity within the building services sector?

We are looking for a commercially focused Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established building services contractor with a strong pipeline of major projects across London and the South East.
This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative and professional team, working on technically challenging projects while enjoying the flexibility and reward of a competitive £400 per day rate.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be trusted to manage the commercial performance of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with project, operational and client teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Managing project costs, forecasts and budgets.
·Preparing and negotiating valuations, variations and final accounts.
·Managing subcontractor procurement and account administration.
·Supporting project teams with commercial advice and risk management.
·Monitoring financial performance and reporting on project profitability.
·Ensuring contractual compliance across JCT and NEC contracts.
·Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
You'll be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong understanding of the building services market and a proven ability to manage the commercial aspects of complex projects.
We're keen to hear from you if you have:
·Experience working within the Building Services or MEP sector.
·A successful track record on education, healthcare or high-rise projects.
·Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract.
·The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver commercial results.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
