I'm on the lookout for a Senior QS to join a civil engineering business in Bristol, with up to £70k on the table.
This isn't just about spreadsheets and chasing payments (although there'll be a bit of that). It's about taking ownership, spotting opportunities, managing risk and making a real impact on project performance.
What you'll be getting stuck into:
Keeping project costs, budgets and forecasts in check.
Managing subcontractors, valuations and final accounts.
Negotiating contracts and keeping commercial risks under control.
Working alongside project teams to keep things running smoothly.
Spotting opportunities to protect margins and boost profitability. You'll be a good fit if you:
Know your way around civil engineering projects.
Have a solid commercial head on your shoulders.
Can handle contracts, costs and negotiations without breaking a sweat.
