Description:

Archer is working with an independent London construction consultancy to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor in its central London office.

The business has been established for over 15 years and has an experienced team of 40 employees working across Quantity Surveying and Project Management. They work across a range of project sectors including Commercial Offices, Residential, Mixed-Use, Arts & Culture and Education, with clients such as British Land, Delancey, the BBC, and Lendlease.

The Senior QS will be working alongside an experienced Director and take the lead on new build Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use projects at both pre and post contract stages.

Candidates for this position should have a minimum of five years’ cost consultancy experience,be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, and MRICS qualified.

The Senior QS role offers a salary up to £75,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. The company has a hybrid working policy with 3 core days a week in the office and a strong focus on continued career development and progression.
