Senior Quantity Surveyor -Data Centre Substation
West London
£80-90k + package

This rapidly expanding specialist international contractor has an urgent requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for its UK business.
Based on a major new Data Centre project west of London, the successful applicant will report into the Regional Commercial Lead.
Working closely with the commercial and engineering teams, client, and key stakeholders, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will lead day to day activities on the project.

Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Background working for leading Tier 1 contractors
- HV/MEP project experience - such as Substations, BESS, Data Centres - is preferable, although experience of similarly large and complex build or major civils schemes is also of interest
- Client facing experience
