Senior Quantity Surveyor – Refurbishment
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 Dependent on experience
Location: Chingford, East London / Office-based (with potential for 1 day WFH per week)

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS with a strong background in both internal and external refurbishment projects. The role is suited to someone who can confidently manage projects from pre-construction through to final account and work autonomously within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive refurbishment experience and be comfortable operating at a senior level. Our client is specifically looking for someone whose background is not heavily focused on framework-led projects, but instead has experience delivering projects in a more traditional contracting environment.

The successful candidate will have:

* Strong experience in both internal and external refurbishment

* A proven track record operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level

* Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

* Experience managing projects outside of framework-led environments

* The ability to work independently while collaborating with operational and project teams
