Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salter Grange is recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading international contractor delivering a major Data Centre project in Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading business with a strong European project pipeline, offering long-term career progression and exposure to high-value, technically complex projects.
Senior Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities
* Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project
* Prepare valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
* Manage subcontractor accounts from award through to completion
* Monitor project costs, cash flow, and forecasting
* Identify and mitigate commercial risks
* Support procurement and contract administration
* Produce accurate commercial reporting and project analysis
Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* 5+ years' post-graduate experience
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Experience on large-scale construction projects
* Data Centre experience is advantageous
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
