* Managing pre-contract activities, including the preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract negotiations.

* Overseeing day-to-day project operations, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

* Mentoring junior team members, fostering their professional development within the framework and the broader industry.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the infrastructure or utilities sector.

* Strong background in civil engineering, with expertise in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field; MRICS or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

Benefits:

* Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.

* Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.

* Collaborative and supportive work environment with a focus on professional development.

* Contribution to meaningful infrastructure projects that positively impact communities.

Next Steps: If you are interested in joining our dynamic team and making a difference in the delivery of this renewable energy framework, please submit your CV for consideration. Interviews with the Commercial Manager can be scheduled for next week.
