Description:
Our client has a £2M Newbuild government facility project requiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Immediate effect, due to the busy nature of their workload.
This is a 'Passivhaus' project which is in the process of coming out of the ground.
The right candidate must have a a main contractor background for this 12 month contract.
Your time will be split between theManchester office and site in Cheshire
You must be well schooled in sustainable construction and be able to price and procure works and be able to start work ASAP!
