Conrad Consulting is working with a leading multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career, working on a diverse portfolio of major building projects for high-profile clients across the UK.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:
Deliver high-quality quantity surveying and cost management services
Take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and manage cost plans, budgets and financial reports
Lead procurement and tendering activities
Manage project costs, forecasts and commercial reporting
Work confidently with NEC contracts
Identify, assess and manage commercial risks and opportunities
Provide strategic commercial advice to clients and project teams
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Travel to project sites across the UK as required
About You
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong building-sector experience.
You should have:
Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment
Strong experience delivering building projects
Good working knowledge of NEC contracts
Excellent cost management and commercial skills
Strong client-facing and communication abilities
A proactive, confident and commercially minded approach
The ability to manage your own workload and take ownership of projects
Experience working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Healthcare sector experience would be highly desirable
