Description:
A forward-thinking national construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will come in and take the lead on a variety of projects valued between £2m - £10m across different sectors including healthcare, local authority and retail.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be expected to manage a team of QS' and use their sales capabilities to successfully bring in more projects.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
MRICS
Car + drivers' licence
Excellent pre and post contract experience
Client facing
EA/PM experience
