Supporting and mentoring less experienced members of the commercial team where required

Experience working across major infrastructure or capital delivery projects
Strong knowledge of cost management, forecasting and commercial reporting
Experience managing change and compensation events
Good understanding of procurement, valuations and final accounts

Previous client-side experience would be advantageous but is not essential
A degree or equivalent qualification within Quantity Surveying or a related commercial discipline
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Previous water sector experience would be beneficial, although candidates with strong transferable infrastructure experience will also be considered.
What's on Offer?
Salary up to £80,000, dependent on experience
Competitive benefits package
Long-term position supporting a major UK water infrastructure programme
Direct exposure to Severn Trent's capital delivery programme
