I'm working with an established main contractor who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a major hotel redevelopment in Central London.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a technically challenging flagship project within an experienced commercial team. If it's not for you but someone suitable comes to mind, referrals are always appreciated.
 
The Role

Commercial lead on a £60m cut & carve hotel redevelopment
• Managing procurement, subcontract accounts, valuations, variations, CVRs and final accounts
• Working closely with the Project Director and site delivery team
• Managing commercial risk, cost reporting and change control throughout the project
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Full-time site-based role

What they're looking for

Senior Quantity Surveyor with main contractor experience
• Strong background delivering refurbishment, cut & carve or major hotel/commercial projects
• Confident managing projects from procurement through to final account
• Commercially astute with strong contractual knowledge
• Comfortable leading the commercial function on a major scheme
• Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
