Are you a Quantity Surveyor ready to take on more diverse projects and step up in your career? This opportunity offers a mix of responsibility, variety, and clear progression within a growing contractor.

You'll be part of a busy commercial team delivering projects across multiple sectors, with the support and structure needed to develop into a senior role.

Key responsibilities

* Overseeing the commercial performance of active projects

* Producing valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts

* Managing procurement processes and subcontractor negotiations

* Assisting with tenders and early cost planning activities

* Liaising with project teams, consultants, and clients

About you

* Background in quantity surveying within construction

* Strong understanding of contracts and commercial management

* Comfortable working on high-value projects

* Effective communication and negotiation abilities

* Open to occasional travel across the UK
