Senior Quantity Surveyor | Manchester | Freelance | 18-Month Contract
Senior Quantity Surveyor required to join a major construction developer on an 18-month freelance contract, working on a hotel development in South Manchester.
The developer has a strong portfolio across hotels, student accommodation, residential, mixed-use and wider property development, with projects across the UK.
The role:
• Senior commercial responsibility across the hotel development
• Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasting and financial control
• Subcontract procurement and commercial management
• Monitoring project costs, variations and change
• Managing applications, payments and final accounts
• Working closely with the wider development and construction teams
• Providing clear commercial reporting throughout the project
Ideally looking for a Senior QS with strong main contractor, developer or major project experience, with hotel, residential, student accommodation or mixed-use experience particularly relevant.
