This is a hands-on, client-facing position offering the opportunity to work closely with project delivery teams, contribute to commercial decision-making and develop practical solutions to complex contractual issues. Regular site visits will form part of the role, allowing you to build strong working relationships and support projects directly.
The opportunity would suit a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor who combines strong NEC4 knowledge with relevant project experience, clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to delivering results.
