Are you an experienced freelance Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor with a keen understanding of NEC 3 contracts and a strong background in managing civil engineering packages?

If this sounds like you, then Brownlee Cale have an exciting opportunity for you to join a major project.

About the Role:

As a Quantity Surveyor with our organisation, you will be an integral part of our team, overseeing and managing the financial aspects of the project,

* Conducting detailed cost analysis and risk assessments for civil engineering packages.

* Managing and negotiating NEC 3 contracts efficiently.

* Collaborating closely with project managers to ensure cost-effectiveness

* Commercial forecasting, CVR’s, Project status reports, Subcontract Management, Procurement

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

* BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent

* In-depth knowledge and practical experience with NEC 3 contracts.

* Previous experience commercial managing civil packages £10m

This is a contract role (Outside IR35) and is long term
