Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Building Consultancy delivering a diverse range of projects across the residential and healthcare sectors.
This role offers the chance to work on both new build and refurbishment schemes, providing commercial expertise from project inception through to completion. You'll be joining a highly respected consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering bespoke projects and building long-term client relationships.
The position offers a flexible working arrangement, typically split between office, home and project visits.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Providing quantity surveying services across multiple projects.
* Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation.
* Managing procurement and contract administration.
* Producing valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Advising clients on cost, value and commercial risk.
* Managing project budgets and financial reporting.
* Supporting project delivery teams and stakeholders.
* Administering JCT contracts and associated documentation.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Supporting junior team members where required.
About You
* Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within consultancy or contractor environments.
* Strong understanding of pre and post-contract quantity surveying.
* Experience across residential, healthcare or commercial projects preferred.
* Strong knowledge of JCT forms of contract.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Commercially astute with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
