The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing residential developer delivering high-quality housing developments across the Midlands and South West.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of multiple projects from a commercial perspective, working closely with operational and technical teams to ensure schemes are delivered profitably and efficiently. You'll be joining a business with an excellent reputation, strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression opportunities.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the commercial delivery of multiple residential developments.
* Producing CVRs, forecasts and monthly reporting.
* Procuring and managing subcontract packages.
* Managing valuations, variations and final accounts.
* Monitoring project costs and profitability.
* Supporting procurement strategy and supply chain relationships.
* Working closely with site, technical and operational teams.
* Identifying and managing commercial risk.
* Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets.
About You
* Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor looking to step up.
* Residential developer or housebuilding experience preferred.
* Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
* Experience managing subcontract procurement and final accounts.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
