MTEC are currently recruiting for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Quality Technician to join an automotive supplier in the midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to further their career within the automotive/quality arena.
Key Responsibilities Include:
*Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
*Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve build quality and prevent repeat issues.
*Raise and monitor supplier quality concerns and track containment actions and associated costs.
*Inspect suspect materials, manage the quarantine area, and support root cause investigations.
*Prepare and issue quality alerts, visual aids, and supporting documentation.
*Provide cover for Trackside Support when required.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*Previous experience in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.
