Senior Quality Engineer
Newquay, Cornwall
Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a leading manufacturing business in Newquay. This role will play a key part in driving quality improvements, reducing non-conformances, and supporting the development of the wider quality function.
The Role
Lead investigations into internal and external non-conformances and drive corrective actions.
Analyse quality data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Support and mentor Quality Engineers, helping to develop capability across the team.
Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve compliance and product quality.
Support audits and ensure quality standards are maintained across the site.
About You
Proven experience within a Quality Engineering or Senior Quality Engineering position.
Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
Able to influence stakeholders and lead improvement activities across multiple functions.
Continuous improvement, Lean, or Kaizen experience would be advantageous.
