A major large manufacturing company in the Coventry area, are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer. This is a key role within an established business, with over 200 sites worldwide.

Requirements for Senior Quality Engineer
* Significant Quality Engineering experience at a Senior level
* You will have gained your experience from within high-volume manufacturing
* Leadership experience
* Strong knowledge of Quality tools, such as SPC, Control Plans, PPAP submissions, APQP and Containment issues
* Supplier and customer liaison
* Excellent auditing abilities
* This would suit a strong Collaborator, who is keen to utilise your considerable Quality knowledge, in a positive, friendly and supportive environment
Responsibilities for Senior Quality Engineer
* Provide support to the Quality Manager
* Manage and improve the current Quality systems
* Control Plans and SPC
* Customer audits
* Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions
* PPAP submissions
* Champion continuous improvements in Quality
* PFMEA
* Containment issues
* Utilising problem- solving techniques, such as Ishikawa and 5 Why
* 8D reports
* Point of contact for customers
* Gauging and calibration
* Support NPI
