You will be a key role model for quality standards, ensuring that quality remains at the heart of every decision and that products consistently meet internal and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure high standards of product quality are maintained throughout the manufacturing process, meeting both internal requirements and customer expectations

Review quality performance data, identify areas for improvement, and support investigations into defects and recurring issues

Complete quality inspections, audits, and compliance checks to ensure processes remain controlled and effective

Partner with production teams to drive improvements that reduce waste, minimise rework, and improve overall efficiency

Support manufacturing changes, trials, and new product activities by assessing potential quality risks and ensuring controls are in place

Promote good quality practices across the workforce through guidance, support, and effective communication

Share quality updates, improvement actions, and key issues with relevant teams and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience within a quality, manufacturing, or production-focused environment

A good understanding of quality processes, standards, specifications, and controls

Experience contributing to audits, investigations, and improvement projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to identify issues and support effective solutions

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and support colleagues at all levels

Comfortable reviewing quality information and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

A strong eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards

Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Confidence to challenge existing ways of working and encourage better practices

Good IT capability with experience using systems and data to monitor and improve quality performance
