Description
Lead the accounts payable team and ensure all invoices are processed accurately and timely
Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of the purchase ledger
High Volume Invoice Experience
Organise payment runs and manage supplier queries
Prepare month-end reports for the accounting department
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Assist with the training and development of junior team members
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the accounts payable processProfile
A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and purchase ledger management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
