We are now looking for an experienced Senior Property Valuer to join our successful Anlaby team.

The main focus of the role will be to attend property valuations generated through the business, provide an excellent service to potential vendors and, importantly, convert valuations into new property listings.

You will work closely with our established team, who generate a strong pipeline of valuation opportunities, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best — valuing properties, building relationships and winning instructions.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend residential property valuations across the local area.

* Provide accurate and professional property valuations.

* Build strong relationships with vendors and provide an exceptional customer experience.

* Convert valuation opportunities into new sales instructions.

* Follow up valuations and maintain regular communication with potential clients.

* Represent Whitakers Estate Agents professionally within the local community.

* Achieve agreed valuation, instruction and sales targets.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previous estate agency valuation experience and is confident in converting valuations into listings.

You will ideally have:

* Proven experience carrying out residential property valuations.

* A strong understanding of the local property market.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* A confident and personable approach with clients.

* A proven ability to win new business and convert valuations into instructions.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
