Senior Prime Property Manager – Barking- £37,500pa plus generous commission!
Are you an ARLA qualified Property Manager who also possesses Build to Rent experience, who is looking to join a dynamic forward-thinking team?
One Property Recruitment have been instructed upon an exceptional opportunity with one of our leading clients. Our client is searching for an ARLA qualified Senior Prime Property Manager with Build to Rent experience to come and join their high-end 2 Build to Rent blocks in East London.
Your core duties will consist of:
• Managing 2 new build properties.
• Daily communication with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding maintenance.
• Preparing tenancy agreements, processing references, and managing pre-tenancy requirements.
• Marketing the properties and conducting all apartment viewings for prospective tenants.
• Logging any maintenance issues with any of the properties post inspection and flagging it to the maintenance team.
• Ensuring that the apartments get leased up and deal with any renewals.
• Always providing exceptional customer service to all residents and ensuring that they have the best experience from the day they enter until the day that they leave.
For this role, it is essential that you are both ARLA qualified and have Build to Rent experience.
I am looking for the following experience attributes/ experience:
• BTR experience
• ARLA qualification
• At least 2 years Property Management experience
• Bubbly and passionate about the sector
• A drive to progress within an ambitious company
