Senior Property Manager - Barnehurst
Full Time Office Based.
Salary: Basic £30,000 OTE £35,000
Our client, a reputable multi-office firm operating across Kent and South East London for over 25 years, is currently seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join their team. Renowned for delivering exceptional service, this firm offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for motivated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and timely resolution of issues.
Maintain current knowledge of regulations and legislation governing property management.
Exceed individual targets while consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to capitalise on business opportunities.
Handle complaints effectively, offering prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Provide daily oversight and support to other local Property Managers. Requirements:
Previous experience in Property Management is essential.
Intermediate computer literacy, with proficiency in lettings/property management software preferred.
Familiarity with rental property management best practices and regulatory requirements.
Professional qualifications in property management are advantageous.
Valid driver's license is mandatory. Package and Hours:
Basic salary: £30,000
Realistic OTE: £35,000
