Responsibilities

Manage a high-end, prime Central London portfolio of residential blocks.
Maintain high service standards, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and to the satisfaction of residents.
Collaborate with our in-house support teams, including service charge accountants and chartered surveyors, to ensure seamless operations.
Oversee planned maintenance, repairs, and major works projects with the support of the Section 20 team.
Foster excellent relationships with leaseholders, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Utilize the provided administrative and technical support to focus on strategic property management.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential Block Management is essential.
We are considering both established Senior Property Managers and experienced Property Managers ready to step into a senior role.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-end service.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
A desire to undertake or continue professional development (TPI/RICS).
