Overview:
 
A Market Leading Estate Agent are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to work closely with landlords and manage a portfolio of properties and tenants.

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing and motivating property management team
Managing complaints and coming to a resolve
Preparing performance reports and going through these with the Head of Property Management
Liaising with tenants, landlords and contractors
Providing recommendations for third party visits
Managing compliance checks
Organising end of tenancies and ensuring all paperwork and monies are in place
Ensuring legal documentation is in place and following legal action if needed
Organising maintenance with contractors 
Essential Skills & Experience:

Previous experience leading a Property Management team
Previous experience in a property management position
UK Driving license
Experience completing compliance checks
An excellent communicator
Hard-working and ambitious
A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals 
Package:

Up to £39,000 basic salary
Monday – Friday (No weekends)
Commission based on the management income
