Senior Property Manager-Residential Block Management
37.5 hour week Mon to Fri
London SW6
Up to £65k doe
We are recruiting for an experienced residential Block Property Manager (office based role located near Parsons Green station). The successful candidate will manage a residential portfolio of ultra high net work individuals’ buildings in the prime areas of Kensington, Mayfair, Hampstead, Chelsea, all zones 1-3 of London. Key responsibilities will include undertaking regular property inspections, managing client staff, negotiating competitive service contracts and the supervision of contractors, producing service charge budgets for client approval, arrears recovery, production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long term agreements, dealing with pre-contract enquires from solicitors, managing on site staff, attending client meetings including board meetings, and compliance with quality objectives in responding to correspondence and phone calls. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the sector, a good knowledge of the relevant Landlord and Tenant Act and RICS and ARMA guidelines, excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Must be proficient with word, excel and outlook. At least Associate level of TPI (The Property Institute) highly desirable
