Position: Senior Property Manager

Location: The convenience of working from home and attending site weekly (SE10)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Senior Property Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

Lead by example whilst adopting the Rendall and Rittner policies, procedures and values
Constantly strive for continuous improvement
Lead and inspire while delivering excellent Customer Service
Be responsible for the for understanding and following of the companies H & S policies and practices
Promote and equip user champions to improve the adoption of technology
Be an exceptional communicator being comfortable with all levels of stakeholders
Have the ability to up manage where necessary for the success of the project
Create and measure measurement systems to track changes
You will deliver education – Roadshows, workshops, classroom and virtual training along with one to ones.
