Senior Project Manager – The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead large-scale initiatives to expand our payments capabilities. The Senior Project Manager will oversee high-priority payments projects from conception to completion. Duties include developing detailed project plans, assigning tasks, managing stakeholders and difficult schedules, and directing cross-functional project teams.
Senior Project Manager – Key Duties :
The Senior Project Manager will manage strategic projects to expand our payments capabilities and integrate emerging fintech:
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for complex payments initiatives
- Clearly communicate goals, milestones, and duties to large project teams
- Assemble and guide cross-functional project teams
- Accurately estimate costs, resources, and timelines for large projects
- Proactively identify and mitigate issues and risks and related to projects
- Carry out status meetings with clear updates on project progress
- Ensure on-time delivery of cutting-edge payments products and services
- Provide timely, detailed and accurate status reports
- Line management for junior team members
Senior Project Manager – You:
- Experience managing multi-year fintech or payments projects
- Expert comprehension of global payments landscape and technologies
- Proven ability to manage diverse teams on mission-critical payments projects
- Outstanding written/verbal communication and supervision skills
- Highly organised and able to manage priorities
- Comfortable dealing with fast-paced payments technology environment
- Deep knowledge of payments project management best practices
- PMP or other advanced certification
