We are currently embarking on an exciting new project to develop a state-of-the-art retirement village in Chester. This project aims to provide a comfortable, safe, and vibrant living environment for retirees, incorporating the latest in residential design and amenities.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager on a freelance basis to lead and oversee the construction of our retirement village project in Chester. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the retirement village development, ensuring it meets all quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
2. Coordinate and manage all project activities, including site preparation, construction, and finishing works.
3. Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
7. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
