Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy
Location: London (Full-time Office Based)
I'm working with a well-established and highly respected construction consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of public sector projects, with a particular focus on residential and education developments. You'll play a key role in delivering projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
The Role
Lead and manage the delivery of public sector construction projects.
Oversee projects across residential and education sectors.
Manage programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Build and maintain strong client relationships while providing strategic project advice.
About You
Proven experience as a Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
Experience delivering public sector projects is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of project delivery from feasibility through to completion.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
