A specialist construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their London team.

The Senior Project Manager Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will join an established consultancy specialising in the delivery of prime residential projects, working with private clients on bespoke new builds, major refurbishments and extensions.

As Senior Project Manager, you'll take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion, coordinating design teams, managing procurement and programmes, overseeing budgets and ensuring the finished product meets the client's expectations.

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Project Manager with experience delivering high-end residential projects and who enjoys working in a client-focused environment.

The Senior Project Manager Requirements

Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management or a related discipline
Strong Project Management experience within a consultancy environment
Proven experience delivering high-end or prime residential projects
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Proactive, commercially minded and confident working independentlyWhat's on offer?

£70,000 - £80,000
