Are you passionate about delivering exceptional construction projects? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same? As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing diverse projects from inception to completion. Your ability to coordinate subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and adhere to project timelines will be critical to our success.

In this role, you will ensure each project is executed efficiently and customer satisfaction is always met. You will prepare and maintain the Construction Phase Plan, aligning it with the project goals. You will also review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) from subcontractors using the ATP process, ensuring every step is safe and sound. In addition to this, you will guarantee strict compliance with ADSL’s management system, assuring every procedure related to Lifecycle Project Management, Procurement, and Finance is followed to the letter. You will manage Project Finance forecasts meticulously - tracking costs, adhering to budgets, and allocating resources wisely; as well as collaborating with Building Control and Planning representatives to weave regulatory compliance into the fabric of your site.

Ready to join the team?

We’re looking for someone who holds a NQF Level 4 and a SMSTS and/or NEBOSH General Construction (or equivalent) qualification. In addition to this, an industry recognised qualification in engineering, building or facilities management is a must. It is also essential to have a UK Valid driving license.

Previous experience in a building, civil, M&E and/or FM is essential, as is the having the experience of having effectively placed contracts and delivered within budget before. Proven knowledge and an understanding of building regulations is key, and being an analytical thinker who uses a structured approach to organising work is vital in this role.

Working knowledge of CDM regulations, having effective communication skills with various stakeholders and the ability to manage and coordinate efficiently are also important.

Location: Aldershot

Salary: up to £60,000 depending on experience
