Senior Project Manager
Our partner specialise in delivering sport, leisure and wellness infrastructure solutions, creating sustainable environments that inspire excellence has created a new position for a Senior Project Manager. Their expertise spans across global projects, providing world-class facilities and support. As the Senior Project Manager you will drive the successful planning, management and delivery of complex projects while building strong client relationships and leading a collaborative team to ensure top-quality results.
The responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager will include:
* Plan, manage, and deliver diverse projects with strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
* Work with architects and contractors, manage necessary permits, and ensure client interests are represented in design and execution.
* Implement quality control measures, conduct regular inspections, and balance innovation with pragmatic project delivery.
* Build productive relationships, navigate complex environments, and establish project goals, objectives, and success criteria.
* Prepare reports, business plans, strategic plans, feasibility studies, and budgets, and communicate effectively.
* Lead and support cross-functional teams, manage new business opportunities, and contribute to overall business development.
Requirements:
* Strong track record as a Project Manager in construction associated with (ideally) stadium, leisure complex or mass public environments i.e. hospital, library, universities sports infrastructure development.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager.
* Excellent academic record with a Bachelor’s degree, and qualifications in Construction or Project Management.
* Strong numeracy skills and problem-solving ability.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
* Proven stakeholder management ability.
* Capacity to influence and overcome challenges.
